Fundamentals, Defence, Footwork, Jabwork.
All our classes are specifically designed for Boxing Training, with each class having a specific focus.
The intention being the development of form & technique over time, covering many of the important dimensions of Boxing.Â
All classes can be broken down into:
60% Boxing: Grind & Technique
30% Strength & Conditioning
10% Warmup/Warmdown
